We offer a 9-day return policy, which means you have 9 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds
